Job Summary:
Seeking an efficient Order Picker for our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania distribution center. This role is critical to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and promptly fulfilled. As an Order Picker, you will navigate our warehouse, locate products, and prepare them for shipment, directly contributing to our company's success and customer satisfaction. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, energetic, and dedicated to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately retrieve ordered items from warehouse shelves and storage locations.
  • Verify item numbers, quantities, and product details against order specifications.
  • Use handheld scanners and other technology to track picked items.
  • Package products carefully to prevent damage during transit.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize workflow and safety.
  • Participate in inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
  • Strictly follow all safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • This role involves consistent physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of items.
  • Support the seamless functioning of our logistics network through accurate picking.
  • Communicate any issues or discrepancies to supervisory staff promptly.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations is desirable. Ability to read and interpret order forms and labels. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and perform regular Lifting. Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. Team player with good communication skills. Awareness of warehouse safety standards and mandatory use of PPE. Knowledge of logistics processes is advantageous.
