Job Summary:
We are searching for a meticulous Warehouse Coordinator to manage and optimize operations at our Austin, Texas facility. This pivotal role ensures the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse logistics. You will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, coordinating the flow of goods, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining accurate records. The Warehouse Coordinator will also play a key role in ensuring that all team members adhere to stringent safety protocols and correctly utilize personal protective equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
  • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits.
  • Oversee the efficient flow of materials and finished goods.
  • Ensure timely processing and dispatch of all orders.
  • Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
  • Enforce all safety regulations and ensure proper use of PPE by staff.
  • Liaise with carriers and vendors to schedule deliveries and pickups.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain warehouse equipment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in warehouse coordination or management.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Excellent understanding of warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Ability to manage lifting operations and ensure safe handling practices.
