Job Summary:
We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. This role is fundamental to our company's success, involving a wide range of tasks within our logistics operations. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. A strong emphasis on Safety, efficiency, and teamwork is expected. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
  • Sort and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
  • Operate manual and powered material handling equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Perform tasks involving regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle checks.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Dedication to workplace Safety.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
