We are seeking enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates to join our growing team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This role is essential for the timely and accurate processing of customer orders, playing a critical part in our overall logistics success. You will be responsible for various tasks including picking, packing, kitting, and preparing orders for shipment. A strong commitment to Safety and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment are key requirements for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order requirements.
- Pack products securely and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for transit.
- Assemble kits and prepare products for special orders.
- Use scanning devices to track inventory and update order status.
- Operate material handling equipment as required.
- Inspect products for quality and damage.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Perform duties that involve regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize efficiency and Safety.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Physical capability for frequent Lifting and moving of packages.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
