Join our energetic warehouse team in Phoenix, Arizona, as a Warehouse Associate! This position is critical to our logistics operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of inventory and customer orders. We are looking for reliable individuals who are committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Your duties will include receiving shipments, verifying inventory, stocking products in their designated locations, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing them for shipment. You will also participate in inventory control procedures, such as cycle counting, to maintain stock accuracy. The role involves significant physical activity, including regular Lifting and movement of items. We prioritize the Safety of our employees and provide all necessary PPE, requiring strict adherence to Safety protocols. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment and load trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and utilize provided PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform repetitive Lifting and moving of items up to 45 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
