Become a key member of our logistics team in Baltimore, Maryland, as a Warehouse Associate! This role is fundamental to our success, involving the efficient management of goods within our facility. We are seeking motivated individuals who are committed to accuracy, productivity, and workplace Safety. Your duties will encompass a wide range of warehouse activities, including receiving and inspecting inbound shipments, organizing and stocking inventory, accurately picking and packing customer orders, and preparing goods for dispatch. You will also play a role in inventory management, performing cycle counts and ensuring stock accuracy. The position requires physical endurance, including regular Lifting and movement of materials, making physical fitness an important attribute. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment and load trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and utilize provided PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform repetitive Lifting and moving of items up to 45 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
