Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Store and organize products efficiently within the warehouse using proper material handling techniques.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks (certification may be required/provided).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, ensuring proper securement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards immediately.
- Follow all guidelines regarding the use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including consistent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of required PPE.
