We are hiring motivated Warehouse Workers for our busy facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is a hands-on role critical to the efficient operation of our distribution center. You will be involved in various warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. Your efforts will directly contribute to the seamless flow of goods within our logistics network. We expect our Warehouse Workers to be reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious. Daily tasks may include unloading trucks, organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. You will be expected to operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all established procedures. A strong commitment to workplace safety is essential, and all employees must strictly adhere to our guidelines and wear the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE ). This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods. We are looking for individuals who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team to achieve operational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Stock merchandise onto shelves or designated storage areas.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Wear required PPE at all times when on the warehouse floor.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics .
- Strong understanding of and commitment to workplace safety .
- Willingness to learn and operate various types of warehouse equipment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be able to wear and use required PPE .
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
