You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including picking, packing, sorting, and staging orders for shipment. - Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Sort and organize incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Identify and report any potential hazards or equipment malfunctions.
- Contribute to team goals and operational efficiency.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is advantageous.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as constant standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in using warehouse technology and scanners is a plus.
- Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Understanding of logistics processes and safety standards.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.
