Location London – Hybrid working available. Required travel to UK offices; Warrington preferred.

What You Will Get To Do
Collaborate closely with project stakeholders and technical teams on Data Centre Migration, IT Infrastructure, and Cloud Transformation initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather insights, address challenges, and define project scope.
Analyse, document, and communicate business and technical requirements for co‑location and data migration deliveries, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and proactively mitigating risks.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, data flows, and requirements traceability.
Work with technical teams to validate solutions and ensure requirements are implemented to high standards for mission‑critical migrations.
Identify operational impacts and support readiness activities to embed change successfully.
Provide outcome‑based reporting on team or delivery progress to the programme team.
Lead and mentor junior team members, supporting the growth of a high‑performing team.
Share external and internal BA knowledge to advance the BA Practice.
What You Will Bring
Experience in a technical analysis‑based role with BA techniques and frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, etc.).
Proficiency in capturing technical requirements and analysing data flows.
IT Infrastructure & Change Management knowledge – proven experience with data centre migrations, IT infrastructure, or cloud environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels, especially with technical stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proven champion of change and motivator of others.
Self‑motivated, able to lead and take ownership.
Curiosity and a desire to continuously improve the status quo.
Agility in responding to changing business demands and guiding those resistant to change.
Commitment to quality deliverables and supporting the growth of the BA Practice and strategic goals.
