Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations based on order requirements.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they match order specifications.
- Pack items using appropriate materials to ensure they are protected during transit.
- Verify shipping information and order contents before sealing packages.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate scanning equipment and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting and the use of PPE.
- Support the overall logistics process by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or customer service environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Capability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
