Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Distribution Center Associate in Durham, North Carolina! In this vital role, you will be an integral part of our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our state-of-the-art facility. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy and speed. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
  • Stage products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
  • Operate material handling equipment as needed (training provided for certified roles).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and proper use of PPE.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
