You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy and speed. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Stage products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (training provided for certified roles).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and proper use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
