Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Assemble product boxes and prepare them for shipment.
- Labeling and applying shipping documents to packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily shipping goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety and operational efficiency.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to perform heavy Lifting, up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to Safety and wearing required PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
