Your responsibilities will include receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders for dispatch, and preparing outgoing shipments. You'll also participate in inventory control activities like cycle counts and stock rotation. The job involves consistent physical activity, including significant Lifting and moving of items, so being physically fit is essential. We prioritize employee Safety and provide all necessary PPE. Understanding our logistics processes and contributing to a positive team environment are key. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment and load trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and utilize provided PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform repetitive Lifting and moving of items up to 45 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
