Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery vehicles.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks, RF scanners).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially regarding Safety.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Identify and report any damages or discrepancies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace Safety standards.
