We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic logistics team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced warehouse environment where efficiency and teamwork are paramount. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the successful operation of our distribution center, ensuring that goods are handled, sorted, and prepared for shipment accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Loading and unloading trucks using appropriate equipment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment.
- Organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory and stock rotation.
- Performing general housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Operating various warehouse equipment as needed, following all training and safety guidelines.
- Adhering strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assisting with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Meeting productivity targets and quality standards set by the warehouse management.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve departmental goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to perform physical tasks including regular Lifting, and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace. Experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
