We are hiring motivated Warehouse Associates for our busy facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be a key player in our logistics and supply chain operations. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and storing incoming inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, efficient, and committed to maintaining a high level of accuracy and Safety. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to serve our customers effectively. The proper use of PPE and adherence to all Safety guidelines is paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and speed.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if necessary).
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Perform moderate to heavy Lifting as required, using proper techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to Safety and adherence to regulations regarding PPE.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
