We are seeking a diligent and organized Shipping Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing outbound shipments, accurately documenting all shipping information, and ensuring that packages are prepared for transit according to company and carrier guidelines. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our distribution center and requires a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with warehouse staff and carriers to facilitate timely and efficient delivery of goods. Key responsibilities include generating shipping labels, verifying package contents against order forms, and maintaining organized shipping records. A strong understanding of shipping software and procedures is a plus. You will also be responsible for conducting inventory checks in the shipping area and reporting any discrepancies. Adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), is paramount. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently is required for this position.
