We are recruiting a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient handling and storage of goods. Responsibilities include receiving shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to all Safety regulations, and contribute to a productive team environment. The ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting, and a meticulous attention to detail are key. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize materials in designated warehouse areas.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to instructions.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and work areas.
- Adhere to all Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking activities.
- Support the overall logistics and operational goals of the warehouse.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is an advantage.
- Capability to perform regular Lifting of items up to 45 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
