Our Austin, Texas location is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our efficient logistics team. This role is critical for managing the flow of goods within our facility. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. We seek hardworking individuals who are committed to safety and operational excellence. This position is ideal for someone looking for a stable role in a dynamic warehouse environment. You will be actively involved in the physical handling of inventory, which includes regular lifting and moving of products. Strict adherence to all safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is expected.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload inbound inventory accurately.
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues.
- Store inventory in designated locations, maintaining organization and order.
- Pick items from inventory based on order requirements, ensuring accuracy.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures rigorously.
- Properly wear and use all required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Support overall warehouse operations and logistics functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Must be physically able to perform frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Understanding and adherence to safety protocols, including PPE requirements.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is a plus.
