Responsibilities include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will play a key role in maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all company protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. This role involves regular lifting and moving of inventory. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently based on fulfillment requirements.
- Stage and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse storage areas and workstations.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist in stock management.
- Comply with all safety standards and procedures, including the strict use of PPE.
- Handle items with care, performing necessary lifting and maneuvering.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Understanding and adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage.
- Basic computer literacy.
