Our expanding fulfillment center in Baltimore, Maryland, is seeking motivated Fulfillment Associates to join our dedicated team. In this essential role, you will be involved in all stages of the order fulfillment process, from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You'll play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and accurately, contributing significantly to our logistics network. We are committed to a safe and collaborative work environment, prioritizing safety protocols and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory efficiently and accurately.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
- Prepare shipments for transit, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the fulfillment area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations.
- Assist with other tasks as directed to support the team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Comfortable with frequent lifting, up to 50 lbs, and utilizing safe lifting techniques.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to a safe work environment and adherence to all PPE requirements.
