As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a variety of essential tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive their products accurately and on time. We prioritize a safe and productive work environment, and all team members are expected to adhere to strict safety guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe lifting techniques. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials and products from trucks and other vehicles.
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided for certified candidates).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct regular checks for safety hazards and report them immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those concerning safety and PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
