Outside Sales Representative
The Outside Sales Representative at Titan Industrial Plastics plays a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and promoting our products and services through in-person sales activities. This position requires regular travel to meet with prospective and existing clients, conduct product demonstrations, deliver customized sales presentations, and negotiate agreements to close business. As the primary face of Titan Industrial Plastics in the field, the representative gathers market insights, understands customer needs, and provides solutions that align with our company's value proposition. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the discipline to work independently while consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Position Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and consistent follow-up Manage and regularly engage with key accounts, both existing and prospective Collaborate closely with inside sales representatives to drive growth Enter, update, and maintain accurate records for leads, prospects, and opportunities Identify customer buying trends and develop strategies to meet evolving needs Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Titan Industrial Plastics' value proposition Perform additional duties as assigned Travel regularly (with possible overnight stays) Availability for occasional overtime as needed Qualifications
Strong business writing and verbal presentation skills, including effective storytelling Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn and grow Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Clean driving record Excellent organizational, time-management, and planning abilities Ambitious mindset with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals Understanding of value-based pricing principles and their application to profitability High level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism Must be able to pass a background check High school diploma required Preferred: BA/BS in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience Preferred: Experience in plastics, industrial, or construction distribution Minimum of one year of sales experience required About the Company
