We are seeking a proactive and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join a growing B2B events and marketing services company based in Central London. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead digital marketing initiatives across multiple global B2B events, driving performance, innovation, and digital transformation. The successful candidate will take ownership of cross‑channel marketing strategies, optimise campaigns, and implement new technologies to enhance overall performance. You will work closely with a talented team, including mentoring a Digital Marketing Executive, and have the chance to influence the company’s digital footprint significantly. This position is ideal for a digital marketing professional with a strong background in PPC, SEO, CRO, and performance marketing, looking to elevate their career in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess 2‑3 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a proven track record in PPC, SEO, CRO, and performance marketing. Experience working within an agency or B2B events environment is highly preferred. You should be confident in using tools such as GA4, SEMrush, WordPress, and ad platform optimisation. A proactive problem‑solving attitude, creative mindset, and strong organisational skills are essential. Additionally, candidates should have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable mentoring junior team members and standardising processes. A background in content creation or design/video skills is considered a bonus but is not mandatory. Responsibilities
Take full ownership of PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, continuously improving return on ad spend and testing new formats to maximise results. Lead SEO initiatives through technical audits, content optimisation, and improving search engine rankings to increase organic visibility. Enhance website performance and user experience across multiple event sites built on WordPress, Elementor, and ACF, ensuring seamless navigation and engagement. Implement cross‑channel performance strategies through conversion‑rate optimisation, landing page development, and data‑driven audience targeting. Drive digital transformation projects by integrating new technologies, tools, and AI workflows to streamline marketing operations and improve efficiency. Mentor and guide a Digital Marketing Executive, overseeing campaign setup, quality assurance, and adherence to best practices. Report regularly on campaign performance and website analytics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Benefits
This role offers a range of benefits designed to support your professional growth and work‑life balance. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple industries, gaining diverse experience and exposure. The position provides true ownership of digital performance and transformation initiatives, allowing you to make a tangible impact. Our company promotes a hybrid working environment, combining the flexibility of remote work with the benefits of in‑person collaboration. Additional perks include health insurance, international travel opportunities, and a vibrant, collaborative team culture with regular social events. We value innovation, creativity, and professional development, ensuring our employees are motivated and engaged in their roles. Equal Opportunity
