Lead the design, development, and maintenance of data management and visualization solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the business.
Apply strong insurance data knowledge to collaborate with business stakeholders and deliver fit-for-purpose analytical and reporting solutions.
Design, build, and maintain reporting structures and business data layers within the Azure Cloud data warehouse to support consistent, reliable reporting.
Partner with business teams and IT to produce accurate, timely Management Information that reflects business performance and meets stakeholder needs.
Work closely with IT to ensure management information systems, processes, and controls—including security—are robust and effective.
Support enterprise-wide automation initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Skills & Knowledge
Strong SQL skills; experience with R, Python, or other programming languages is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Access.
Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into data and analytics solutions.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or another quantitative field.
5+ years of experience working with data in analytics, data management, or BI roles.
Background in insurance preferred.
Experience working in cloud-based data and analytics environments.
Hands‑on experience with BI tools and systems, including Power BI.
