Join Us to Build the Future of People Analytics We’re looking for a People Analytics Manager to transform how we use data to understand our workforce, shape decisions, and drive better outcomes. The role is ideal for someone who wants to move from reactive to insight‑led through combined data, building models, automating processes, and turning complex datasets into powerful insights.
What You’ll Do
Lead and elevate our People Analytics Capability (including stakeholder management).
Enhance day‑to‑day reporting, ensuring consistent, accurate, timely insight.
Turn data into actionable insight and bring structure to fragmented people datasets across pay, absence, retention, attrition, onboarding, and workforce behaviour.
Provide proactive commentary, themes and recommendations beyond numbers.
Build a foundational analytics infrastructure, datasets, automated workflows, and tools that scale.
Stress‑test assumptions, model scenarios, and surface risks before they become issues.
Build relationships with global analytics colleagues.
Present insights weekly to senior leaders, including the C‑Suite.
Collaborate closely with People Operations, Talent, HRBPs, Payroll, Systems, Finance and wider People teams across the UK & Ireland.
Act as the senior technical expert and support current analysts, shaping structure, capability and ways of working.
What You’ll Bring Technical Expertise
Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, SQL and working with large, multi‑source datasets.
Experience building models, forecasting, scenario analysis and predictive insights.
Strong understanding of HRIS systems (e.g. Dayforce) and data integration across platforms.
Experience with automation and AI tools (highly desirable).
Experience
Proven background in People/HR Analytics, Workforce Analytics or similar, driving sustainable business outcomes.
Experience in high‑volume, complex environments such as retail, logistics, large corporates or consulting.
Comfortable navigating imperfect data and building structure where none exists.
A natural problem‑solver with proactive, curious and analytical mindset.
Ability to turn data into clear insights and compelling stories.
Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and build trust.
