Wimbledon (3 days in the office) Working hours:
9:00am - 5.30pm Key Purpose
Lead, coach, and develop the Key Account Managers and Business Development Manager to drive business growth and personal development Personally drive incremental business from new and existing clients in line with the department sales strategy Act as the escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and to the client's satisfaction Foster a culture of constant improvement, innovation and excellence within the team Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to drive incremental business from both new and existing clients, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy set by the Sales Director Lead, develop and inspire the Key Account Managers and Business Development Managers to insure consistently high levels of output (quality and quantity) Drive seamless client management and business growth Play a pivotal role in tenders, both uncovering opportunities and delivering winning responses Constantly seek, evaluate and explore product innovation from clients, working collaboratively with Product Development, Marketing and Sales Director to bring new features and products to market Work with the CRM & Marketing Manager on our events strategy to plan, organise, and execute events that drive our company brand, product awareness and relevance and enhance client engagement to drive business growth from key categories> Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team Requirements
At least 5 years' experience in a sales role with a proven track record of consistently driving year-over-year growth from new business and key accounts Strong experience of leading, motivating and inspiring direct reports Strong experience of writing and delivering sales strategies and measuring success against meaningful KPI's Strong understanding and skills in solution-based selling Experience in direct mail, print and delivery (desired) Experience of running projects from start to finish, ensuring clear communication with all key stakeholders Next Steps
