We are looking for an experienced People Business Partner to collaborate closely with directors and managers, in a true partnering role. We offer flexibility regarding the office location for this position and welcome applications for our Manchester, Lichfield, Birmingham, Bristol, or Cirencester offices.
What You Will Do The People Business Partner (PBP) acts as a trusted partner to business leaders, providing strategic and operational People support across the employee life cycle. The PBP partners with leadership teams to develop people strategies that drive business performance, support employee engagement, and promote a culture of continuous development, equity and wellbeing.
