Base Pay Range Title: Sales Advisor Location: St Asaph Business Park Hours & days of work: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday 08:00 am – 07:00 pm. Part‑time roles also available, may require rota on Saturday. Salary: £24,003 per annum + incentives
About the Role You will work remotely as part of a positive, exciting Sales team, with responsibilities including consultative selling of GreenThumb products and services, responding to inbound enquiries and making outbound calls (including cold calling). You must maintain an ethical approach, be self‑motivated, and achieve and exceed sales targets.

Main Duties
Work collaboratively as a team to ensure KPI’s and targets are met.
Communicate with existing and cancelled customers in an omni‑channel contact centre including inbound/outbound calls, emails, and webchat.
Own performance to meet campaign and productivity targets.
Practice and promote ethical selling.
Use objection handling and negotiation skills to promote additional products.
Become a subject‑matter expert.
Keep the customer at the centre of everything.
Support company growth by providing first‑class new‑customer journey.
Identify opportunities and introduce customers to our products and services.
Promote and implement Direct Debit schemes.
Act as an ambassador for GreenThumb.
Handle all calls professionally, prompt and courteous.
Maintain accurate records on the GreenThumb database.
Provide accurate feedback on campaign trends.
Adhere to GreenThumb policies and procedures.
Communicate & liaise effectively with all departments.
Carry out any other duties considered relevant to the position.
Qualifications & Skills
Good written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
A flexible and proactive approach.
Excellent telephone skills.
Customer service experience.
Experience in a target‑driven environment.
Sales experience.
Knowledge of handling and resolving customer complaints.
Proven track record of achieving KPI’s/targets.
