As a Retail Sales Colleague you will receive a 2‑3 day induction, including induction at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham, to learn product knowledge and customer engagement techniques.
Our stores open 7 days a week and are typically open from 9 am to 8 pm.
Responsibilities
Ask the right questions to match customers with products.
Make every customer interaction memorable.
Offer support services such as delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
Contribute to overall store sales performance.
Work across different departments and product ranges.
Support operational tasks to run the store.
Qualifications
Approachable and friendly.
Keen to learn about the latest technology.
Comfortable meeting personal sales and service targets.
Strong team player, confident working across all parts of the store.
