The Opportunity Are you a confident communicator who loves talking to people and building strong business relationships? Do you thrive in a sales environment where every call is an opportunity to connect, problem‑solve, and win? We’re looking for an energetic and driven Client Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Sales Team. You’ll spend much of your day on the phone engaging with clients, uncovering opportunities, and promoting our suite of fuel solutions. This is a role where relationship management meets proactive selling—perfect for someone who enjoys combining service excellence with commercial success.
What You’ll Do Build and Manage Relationships
Be the go‑to contact for your portfolio of B2B clients across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.
Conduct regular account reviews to understand client needs and spot new opportunities.
Deliver outstanding service that builds trust and long‑term loyalty.
Drive Sales & Growth
Promote and sell our full range of products, including Fuel Cards, Telematics, Toll Solutions, Ferry Crossings, VAT Reclaim, and Breakdown Services.
Make daily outbound calls to build relationships, grow accounts, and close new opportunities.
Hit and exceed your sales and retention targets with confidence and enthusiasm.
Support & Onboard Clients
Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring they get the most from our services.
Provide training and support on online portals and systems.
Monitor & Analyse Performance
Track account activity, usage, and trends.
Identify risks and opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to deliver great outcomes.
What You Bring
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, especially over the phone.
A positive, goal‑driven attitude and the confidence to upsell and cross‑sell.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
Analytical ability with experience using Excel, CRMs, or dashboards.
Full clean driving licence (occasional travel may be required).
Desirable
Experience in fuel cards, tolls, or transport services.
Understanding of VAT reclaim or fleet management.
