Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120) • Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus & annual bonus based on company performance • Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern (5 days on, 2 days off, weekend work involved)

Responsibilities
Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of your branch, serving as the main point of contact for customers.
Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
Appraise cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Liaise with the back office and colleagues.
Requirements
Current full UK manual driving license.
Experience in a target-driven environment.
Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manners.
Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
Organiser and prioritiser of own workload.
Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
Excellent administration and IT skills.
