Role Description We are hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join a product‑focused engineering team working on applied AI systems in production.
This role involves designing, building and deploying machine learning models to solve real business problems. The successful candidate will work closely with software engineers, product managers and data teams to deliver scalable, reliable ML solutions used in live environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and deploy machine learning models into production systems
Own the full ML lifecycle, from data exploration and training to deployment and monitoring
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models into core platforms
Improve model performance, reliability and scalability over time
Contribute to best practices around ML pipelines, testing and deployment
Required Experience & Skills
Strong experience building and deploying machine learning models in production
Solid software engineering fundamentals, particularly in Python
Experience working with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
Understanding of data pipelines, APIs and system integration
Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional, product‑led teams
Preferred Background
Experience working in startup or scaleup environments
Exposure to applied AI, data‑driven products or ML‑enabled platforms
Background in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline
