What you will do
Lead a cross‑functional delivery team of frontend and backend engineers, partnering closely with product and design.
Manage the full product lifecycle from architectural design and implementation to deployment and maintenance.
Mentor and grow engineering talent through regular feedback, stretch goals and technical guidance.
The ideal candidate
At least 7 years of commercial software engineering experience with a natural aptitude for leadership.
Strong expertise in architecture, TDD and unit testing within a fast‑paced startup environment.
Passion for growth‑oriented engineering, including A/B testing, localisation and data‑driven product improvements.
