Make a Difference in Mental Health Care –PROJECT MANAGER ROLE WITH MENTAL HEALTH EXPERIENCE Are you looking for a dynamic and rewarding career? We are a leading NHS Framework & Private sector supply agency searching for compassionate Project Managers who have experience within Mental Health. JOB ROLE Responsible for operational management of a recovery-focused service for individuals with mental health needs. Supervise and support staff, volunteers, and students, ensuring effective deployment to meet service user needs. Conduct assessments, develop support plans, and coordinate person-centred reviews with multi-disciplinary teams. Maintain high standards of safety and quality, ensuring a welcoming environment for service users. REQUIREMENTS You must have a minimum of two years’ experience working with individuals with mental health needs or learning disabilities. Essential qualifications include RMN/DipSW degree or equivalent professional qualification. Must possess comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards and a person-centered approach to care. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with service users and professionals are essential. Annual Salary £30,000-£31,000 Do you have the right to work in the UK?
