Summary

As a Dispatcher, you'll be the key point of contact between the office and our field technicians. You'll manage daily job schedules, dispatch crews efficiently, and ensure technicians are on track and supported throughout the day. Your goal is to keep our jobs on time, routes optimized, and customers satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service schedules for field technicians to optimize efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with customers to confirm appointments and address inquiries.
• Manage transportation logistics to ensure timely arrival of services.
• Utilize transportation management systems to track service requests and technician locations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve dispatch processes and customer satisfaction.
• Use our CRM to ensure all jobs scheduled are delivered promptly and efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience in dispatching or logistics management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of transportation planning and fleet management principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

$60,000-$70,000 per year + productivity bonuses monthly.
