Fraser is looking for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our Rehabilitation Therapy team. In this role, you'll conduct therapeutic evaluations, treatments, and interventions for children and families. We welcome new graduates and Clinical Fellows, offering mentorship and support to help you thrive! External new hires are eligible for a $5,000 hiring bonus and up to $20,000 in annual productivity bonuses!
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Communication Disorders (Speech Pathology emphasis) or equivalent.
Licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health (temporary license acceptable for Clinical Fellows).
Valid U.S. Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
Ability to pass a DHS background check.
Commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and culturally responsive practices.
Responsibilities:
Provide evaluations and re-evaluations as appropriate and within 30 days of Doctor's order and establish appropriate treatment goals.
Provide therapeutic treatment according to the Doctor's orders.
Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress.
Collaborates closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practitioners.
Maintain clean equipment and in good repair.
Communicate with funding sources as directed by the clinical accounts receivable staff to assure reimbursement of services being delivered.

Compensation:
The starting pay for a licensed SLP is $70,000- $73,000 annually, actual pay will depend on qualifications, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $20,000 in productivity bonuses.
The pay for a Clinical Fellow is $65,000 annually
$5,000 hiring bonus (paid in two installments and contingent on performance)
