The Nurse Manager-Surgical Services leads and manages surgical units including the Main Operating Room, PACU, and Urology to ensure high-quality patient care aligned with organizational values and goals. They are responsible for staff development, patient outcomes improvement, and operational excellence while maintaining fiscal responsibility. The role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and experience in managing multiple priorities within a surgical or operating room setting.
