Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented subcontract cleaning professionals to perform cleaning services for newly constructed residential homes. This role involves preparing homes for final inspection, homeowner move-in, and post-construction presentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-construction and final cleanings of new residential homes
• Remove dust, debris, stickers, and construction residue
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, baseboards, doors, and fixtures
• Wipe down cabinets, countertops, appliances (interior/exterior as required)
• Vacuum and mop all flooring types
• Ensure homes meet high-quality and inspection-ready standards
• Report any damages or concerns found during cleaning
• Follow safety and site rules at all job locations

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or post-construction cleaning
• Must operate as an independent contractor
• Ability to provide own cleaning supplies and equipment (unless otherwise agreed)
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Must carry general liability insurance (preferred or required)
• Valid business registration (if applicable)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience cleaning newly built or renovated homes
• Knowledge of safe cleaning practices for new materials and finishes
• Ability to handle large homes or tight timelines
• Team availability for larger projects

Compensation & Terms

• Paid per job, per unit, or per square footage
• Invoices submitted weekly or bi-weekly
• Payment issued within (X) days of approved completion
• Ongoing work available for dependable subcontractors
