Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock shelves and designated areas with incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate manual material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all safety guidelines.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts as needed.
- Load and unload trucks as required.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders.
- Adhere to all company policies, including those related to logistics and safety.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and the correct use of PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and be active for the duration of the shift.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
