We are looking for a diligent Receiving Clerk to join our logistics team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the receiving process. Your responsibilities will include unloading trucks, verifying received goods against purchase orders, inspecting for damages, and properly documenting all incoming inventory. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong communication skills. You will play a vital part in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting the smooth flow of materials through our warehouse. This position requires a commitment to safety, including the proper handling of goods and the consistent use of required PPE. We are looking for individuals who can work independently and contribute positively to a team environment. Understanding of warehouse operations and basic logistics is beneficial. Your accuracy in receiving directly impacts our inventory management and overall operational success. We strive to create a safe and productive atmosphere for all employees.
