We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Austin, Texas facility! This is a key role within our logistics network, responsible for a broad range of warehouse activities designed to ensure efficient product flow and timely order fulfillment. Your duties will include receiving and stocking merchandise, accurately picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to operational excellence. You will work collaboratively with a team of dedicated professionals to meet demanding production goals. This position requires physical capability, including regular lifting, and a strong adherence to safety standards. We provide a supportive work environment and expect all team members to utilize appropriate PPE at all times. Your contribution is vital to our supply chain's success and customer satisfaction. Experience with RF scanning technology and familiarity with warehouse management systems are advantageous. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming goods; accurately stock inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Operate warehouse equipment as trained.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, tidy, and safe.
- Participate in inventory management and cycle counting.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives.
- Support various logistics functions as required.
- Report any operational issues or safety concerns.
Requirements:
- Prior warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Capable of consistent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with general logistics and warehouse operations.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must use provided PPE.
