You will be an integral part of our warehouse team, contributing to the smooth flow of goods from receiving to dispatch. A strong understanding of material handling equipment and safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE, is essential. This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced setting and develop valuable skills in the logistics industry. Your contribution will ensure that operations run efficiently and safely. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Move materials to and from storage areas.
- Assist with order picking, packing, and staging.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
- Ensure equipment is in good working condition and report any issues.
- Follow all safety protocols and use required PPE.
- Contribute to a clean and organized warehouse.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift certification is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Material Handler or in a similar role.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and logistics.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
