We are looking for energetic and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You'll play a key part in the efficient flow of goods through our distribution center, contributing directly to our Logistics success. Our team environment emphasizes collaboration and mutual support, all while maintaining a strong focus on Safety . We provide the necessary training and expect all employees to follow established procedures to ensure a secure and productive workplace. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in warehousing and operations. Proper use of PPE is essential, and adherence to all Safety guidelines is mandatory. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and stock merchandise.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer requirements.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting activities.
- Follow all Safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to overall Logistics efficiency.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle sustained physical exertion.
- Must be capable of Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Teamwork and communication skills are highly valued.
