Our Salt Lake City, Utah fulfillment center is seeking dedicated Fulfillment Associates to manage incoming and outgoing orders efficiently. This role is central to our logistics operations, ensuring prompt and accurate processing of customer orders. As a Fulfillment Associate, your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as assisting with inventory management and maintaining an organized workspace. Accuracy and speed are key to meeting our service level agreements. We are deeply committed to workplace safety, and all associates are required to strictly adhere to safety guidelines and utilize the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. This position involves consistent physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Previous experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse environment is highly valued, but we welcome individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow within the logistics industry. - Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely as needed.
Requirements:
Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. Commitment to safety protocols and proper PPE usage. Understanding of fulfillment and logistics processes. Ability to work flexible hours.
