Are you a meticulous professional passionate about maintaining accurate inventory? Our Colorado Springs facility is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist. This vital role ensures the integrity and accuracy of our warehouse inventory, which is essential for efficient logistics and preventing stockouts or overstock situations. You will be responsible for cycle counting, conducting physical inventories, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions. Maintaining precise inventory records is key to our operational success. You'll work closely with the warehouse team to reconcile stock levels and identify trends. A strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices is crucial. Safety is our top priority; you will be trained on and expected to follow all safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE, to ensure a secure working environment. This position may involve some lifting of items up to 30 pounds and requires the ability to spend extended periods on your feet. Previous experience in inventory control or a related logistics field is highly preferred. Join us to contribute to a streamlined and efficient supply chain.
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.

- Implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience in inventory control or a similar role. Proficient with inventory management software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform lifting tasks. Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
