We are seeking reliable and energetic Warehouse Workers for our St. Louis, Missouri location. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a variety of essential tasks that keep our Logistics operations running smoothly. This includes receiving and storing inventory, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Your contributions are vital to our success in efficiently managing our inventory and fulfilling customer orders. This role demands a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to Safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including strict compliance with Safety regulations and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and other inventory management tasks.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred. The ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods, is essential. You should be a team player with good communication skills and a proactive attitude towards Safety. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. This role is fundamental to our Logistics chain, ensuring that our products reach our customers efficiently and accurately.
