Join our growing warehouse team in Boise, Idaho as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics facility. In this versatile role, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and unloading shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing goods for dispatch. Your attention to detail and efficiency are critical to maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely order fulfillment. We are deeply committed to maintaining a safe work environment and provide all necessary training, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). - Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and maintain an organized warehouse.
- Pick items accurately based on order requests.
- Pack items securely for shipment.
- Assist with shipping and loading activities.
- Perform regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE.
