We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, Texas. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods throughout our facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving, unpacking, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy and speed. We are committed to maintaining a safe working environment and expect all team members to adhere strictly to safety protocols and wear required PPE. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and regular Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. You will work collaboratively with other team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals and contribute to the overall success of our warehouse. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, identify, and stock incoming goods.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
  • Perform regular Lifting tasks as required by the job.
  • Contribute to inventory management and cycle counts.
